What is my professional background and training?

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College. I have a strong commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care. As a Certified Nutritional Therapist, I take a holistic approach to mental health, integrating physical and emotional well-being. How do I approach therapy and client care?

My therapeutic approach is rooted in client-centered care, where your needs, values, and experiences guide our work together. I prioritize creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment, fostering a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing. Utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I tailor each session to your unique goals. My aim is to empower you to foster personal growth, resilience, and self-compassion while working collaboratively to establish clear and achievable steps toward lasting well-being.

What do I enjoy outside of work?

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me hanging out with my dog, Iggy. I’m a big fan of getting lost in a good book or tackling a challenging puzzle. I love getting movement in through fun exercise classes like Pilates or Barre. I also love being part of the community I grew up in—there’s something special about staying connected to the place that shaped me!
